Viola Liuzzo
Last weekend at the Allied Media Conference, I had the exceptional privilege to spend the majority of my Detroit immersion with Ron Scott, who graciously took me to an important local landmark one sunny afternoon and gave me a fascinating civil rights history lesson.

Ron Scott was appearance was quite impressive: so dignified, matter of fact and told with such engaged, warm human compassion. I now know of Viola Liuzzo, thanks to both of you.

thank you for sharing this, brittany. you saw more of the real detroit than i did. i'm sorry i didn't get a chance to meet ron scott during the conference.
